What are your normal hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am—5pm. An on-call provider is available after hours. You may call our main number at 603.622.6484 to reach our staff or the provider on-call between 5pm-8am weekdays, or anytime on the weekends or a holiday.
I was informed my attending provider is in another office or off when I called. How do I get a message to them if I have a concern?
Your message will still get to your provider, even if they are covering in another office. If your provider is off and your call is of an urgent need, a covering provider will address your message and the triage nurse will get back to your with their recommendations.
What if myself or my visitor has any respiratory symptoms/illness, should I still come in for my appointment?
That will depend on the type of visit you were scheduled for, please call our office to speak with the triage nurse first. If you are instructed to come in, we ask that you wear a mask while you are in our clinic to help protect other patients or staff that might be immuno-compromised.
What if I am diagnosed with COVID-19 or have had an exposure? Should I still come in for my appointment?
Please call our main number at 603.622.6484 and ask to speak with the triage nurse so they can determine with your provider if your appointment should be kept or rescheduled.
Can I bring my pet with me, they are like family?
No animals are allowed in our facility unless they are ADA-approved service animals.
