Below is a list of guidelines NHOH follows

  • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8a-5p. An on-call provider is available after hours. Please call our main number (603-622-6484) to reach our staff or the on-call provider between 5pm-8am or on the weekends or a holiday.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to process a prescription refill, more time may be need if authorization is required.
  • For oral chemotherapy refills, please notify the office at least one week prior to starting your next cycle if a refill is needed.
  • As a general rule we do not process narcotic prescriptions on the weekends, so please request these refills Monday through Friday.
  • Please no animals in our offices, ADA-approved service animals only.
  • No children under 12 years old are allowed in the treatment room.
  • If you or any visitors that accompany you to our office have respiratory symptoms/illness please wear a mask while you are here.
  • Please allow 7 business days for FMLA or disability forms processing.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for medical record processing.
  • If you have medical question or concern, please call our office and leave a message on our nurse triage line. All messages recieved before 4:45 pm will be returned the same day. Any messages received after that will be returned the next business day.
